What we collect
When you call, we collect your phone number, the name you give, your order details, pickup time and the call recording and transcript. We do not collect payment card numbers by phone.
How we use it
We use this information only to place and confirm your order with the restaurant, to send order-related messages you request, and to improve the accuracy of the service.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we send only messages about your order, such as confirmations and payment links. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or consent with third parties for marketing.
Sharing
We share order information with the restaurant you called and with service providers that run the service (such as phone, AI and point-of-sale providers). We do not sell personal information.

Terms of service

Callers use the service to place orders directly with the restaurant; the restaurant is responsible for food, pricing, fulfillment and payment.
